Dear Customers,

With the stage 4 restrictions we are going to be making a few changes to how we operate. These changes are designed with the health and safety of our staff and customers in mind and the new rules announced by the government.

The following changes are taking place:

• The retail shop is closed to the public.

• The workshop is staying open. Phone or email bookings are essential. Drop off and pick up times will be organised for a specific time and we will collect and return the bike from you at the front door.

• All payments must be done over the phone as we need to be contactless.

• You may call or email to enquire about parts & accessories and we can organise a collection time to pick up items which will then be paid for over the phone.

• Please call us if you would like to talk about or purchase a bike – we are happy to advise on sizing, but test rides are not available.

• We can post products EXCLUDING bikes.

• All customers must present a photo ID when collecting purchases or serviced bikes. This is for both COVID-19 tracking and security for your purchase.

• We will be closed Sunday & Monday. Please call or email for any other enquiries.

We will do whatever we can to get your bikes fixed and you rolling again. We look forward to getting back on track and seeing you again soon
